Joint Wins Tipi Creative Business
Tipi has appointed Joint as creative agency after a three month pitch process. The rental market is in the process of rapid change and Tipi (owned by Quintain) is at the forefront of the new way of renting, with all inclusive bills, gyms and chic social spaces, as well as no deposits or admin fees.
Each building has its own unique personality and design, the stunning apartments co-designed with Samsung and John Lewis.
Tipi will be opening 5,000 homes by 2024 in the vibrant neighbourhood of Wembley Park, just a stone’s throw away from Central London and home to fabulous shops, iconic entertainment, amazing restaurants and a real community.
Joint is excited to partner with Tipi to develop the brand and deliver a new campaign that takes the customer on an end to end journey.
