Rufus Leonard Joins Harbour Collective

Harbour Collective today announces Rufus Leonard as its new design and technology partner.

Harbour is an independent communications consultancy that sits at the heart of a collective of 14 specialist agencies and 500+ experts. Harbour Collective’s group of independents work together on multiple shared clients to combine skillsets across data and insight, media, content creation, engagement, experience, and delivery.
