Aqua Pura's Poetic Spot Encourages Sustainable Hydration
British water-brand Aqua Pura launches ‘Hydration for the Nation’ TV commercial and campaign to encourage healthy hydration in families. The 30-second ad aired on 2nd August 2021 on key channels including Channel 4 and Sky, and runs across OOH, digital and social. On air until September, the campaign was created by Manchester-based agency, Shoot the Moon, and filmed by Chief Productions.
Alongside the campaign, the brand reveals a new website design complete with a hydration calculator, designed by Shoot the Moon’s sister agency, JGM.
Carys Delve, brand manager at Aqua Pura, comments: “The campaign strikes a perfect balance of product relevancy and playful narrative to create desire for the product. From the get-go, the team have been amazing to work with throughout the whole creative process. They’ve delivered a campaign which is not only special, but enables us to reach a wider audience and meets our objectives.”
Commenting on the campaign, Dan Hough, head of creative at Shoot the Moon, said: “Aqua Pura is the kind of product you're happy to shout about. Healthy, pure British mineral water, filtering through the Cumbrian Fells for 300 million years then dropped into environmentally sustainable packaging.
“To do it justice, we wanted to create an inspiring cinematic story, something that would build confidence in the brand and help elevate it to a position of authority and trust. Encouraging hydration in families in a positive and inspiring way.
“It sounds like a cliché, but collaboration was fundamental to getting this project across the line. Working with a client that valued the strategy and creative process, and a production team that really embraced the challenge.”
Karen James, commercial director at Chief Productions, adds: “This was a real joy of a job – to help create a beautiful and uplifting film, capturing all the important elements of the Aqua Pura brand in authentic moments.”
Shoot the Moon won the new account in May 2021. The agency designed the packaging for Aqua Pura’s current still range and new sparkling water available in Tesco and Sainsburys.
