Laragh Gallagher Promoted to Executive Creative Director at The Marketing Arm

First senior creative appointment since Harris Wilkinson named chief creative officer

Laragh Gallagher Promoted to Executive Creative Director at The Marketing Arm

Laragh Gallagher has been promoted to executive creative director of The Marketing Arm, a new position. She was previously SVP of creative and is the first senior creative appointment announced by the agency’s recently named chief creative officer Harris Wilkinson.

“In her new role, Laragh will be focused on both big ideas and the literal craft of making things beautiful,” said Harris, adding “I don’t think there’s anyone better suited for this challenge. I knew TMA needed someone to help set a North Star for our agency’s design – a powerhouse creative who has developed world-class work and has an ability to nurture talent and build great teams.”

Since joining TMA in 2007, Laragh has led creative for new business, most recently helping to onboard one of the agency’s newest clients Pernod Ricard during the pandemic. She’s created award-winning work such as Wendy’s 'Scare Thru' and been a key contributor to many other agency clients including Frito-Lay, American Airlines, Goodyear, Hilton, and Hasbro. In her spare time, Gallagher is a painter and contemporary artist. She is based in Dallas.

Laragh’s promotion reflects TMA’s commitment to cultivating its own talent in order to deliver on its agency promise of creating cultural resonance for brands via creativity that matters. This commitment was also on full display in July when the agency promoted Harris Wilkinson from SVP creative to become its first ever chief creative officer.
