Organic Feminine Hygiene Subscription Includes Something Unexpected: Kale Chips

Tampon Tribe, a monthly subscription for delivered organic cotton tampons that are toxin free, plastic free, completely compostable, and that give back, has released a new campaign film to promote the brand's wellness and sustainability commitment. The brief? “How do we communicate and demonstrate our 100% organic cotton and plastic free tampons and increase basket size?” The answer? Kale chips.

To demonstrate how focused on sustainability Tampon Tribe is, the MRM team invented an organic kale chip. Monthly Harvest Kale Chips are made with the same natural processes and philosophy used to make their period products. Kale, like most leafy greens, is full of iron and calcium - which has been proven to help relieve menstrual cramps. And to align with Tampon Tribe’s zero waste mission, the packaging from production will be also recycled and turned into compost for future kale harvest.

Subscribers can add the Monthly Harvest onto their tampon subscriptions today. Tampon Tribe is also developing new flavours, including something sweet and salty, to add to the organic kale product line.
