Wakefern Names Huge Brooklyn Digital Agency of Record

Wakefern Food Corp., the largest retailer-owned cooperative in the United States, has appointed Huge Brooklyn as its digital brand agency of record. As part of the new relationship, Huge will re-imagine Wakefern’s end-to-end digital experience, inclusive of web, mobile, social, and in-store digital. In addition, Huge has been engaged to define a consumer-centric innovation roadmap to power new concepts that will create surprise, delight, and loyalty among consumers. The agency won the account after a competitive review process.

Wakefern is made up of nearly 50 member families who independently own and operate 362 supermarkets under the ShopRite, Price Rite Marketplace, The Fresh Grocer, Dearborn Market, Gourmet Garage, and Fairway Market banners.
