Wunderman Thompson Hires Jenny Harris as Executive Director, Account Management
Wunderman Thompson, a WPP agency, today announced the appointment of Jenny Harris as executive director, account management to its Midwest region. In this new role, Jenny will be a driving force in leading the agency’s account management practice and overseeing some of the agency’s most significant clients in the region. She comes from Periscope, where she spent the last four years running the agency’s portfolio of West Coast clients, including Google, Intuit, and PEMCO.
With over two decades of experience, Jenny’s career spans several account leadership roles at highly regarded digital and integrated creative agencies. Including building digital products and services and marketing campaigns at digital shops like R/GA, where she led the global J&J business, and Tribal DDB, where she led the global portfolio of brands across The Clorox Company. Before this, she held roles with Goodby Silverstein and Partners, where she served as digital client service lead for Hyundai, and Ogilvy, where she led the global digital team for American Express.

Harris will be reporting to Wunderman Thompson Midwest president Anthony Romano, who relocated to Minneapolis in 2019 to lead the agency’s transformation and growth in the region.

Harris is joining Wunderman Thompson on the heels of a hot streak by the Midwest team, including several notable clients in the second half of 2020. The agency also continues to build on its strong client partnerships with Best Buy, Sherwin-Williams, Principal Financial Group, New York-Presbyterian and Texaco.
