Roe Bressan, a born and raised New Yorker, started her career in television coordinating ABC After School Specials, quickly advancing to production work on music videos and feature films. She landed in commercial advertising as a table-top producer for a small NYC production company and later spent a number of years at a bi-coastal production company working with noted photographer-turned-director, Norman Seeff. Roe went on to work in the post side of advertising helping to build Red Car, one of the first coast-to-coast editorial networks in addition to launching the NY office of the prestigious London company, the Whitehouse, one of the industry’s first multi-national creative editorial companies. 2005 led her to achieve yet another industry first—the launch of Navigating, the first true independent management consultancy for creative companies in the production, post-production and new media arenas. A Navigating assignment led her to work with Lively Group, the advertising industry’s standard for a vertically integrated creative business.
2015 brings Roe full circle with Navigating once again helping people and companies embrace change, maximize their effectiveness and profit from the increasingly complex cross-currents affecting business today.
